Doing report on MLM.Vemma vs. Xango?`?

Hello. I’m a business student who is doing a research project on MLM..why they work/don’t work, what is the business plan, marketing, etc. I decided to focus on two companies Vemma vs. Xango. They both offer nutrional products and market by MLM. Can anybody give me actual facts as to company profile? which is more popular? patents? Financial stats? actual numbers (2007 earliest), what it takes to be in each program (money, time, level of marketing)..are they using their own money to keep the company running? are they successful? are they in an incline or decline (as to..are they about to burn out or not)

how their MLM work? 2 tier, pyramid, etc. any information on these two specific companies would be good..i will then post my report for all to see
also, which one is preferred as to making money and why? i know i will get a lot of personal opinion, but i am looking for actual facts…so if you say Vemma (show me facts, like emails, office documents, etc)

Ive been involved with both and Acai Plus. I dropped Vemma as it was too confusing although I think they have a great product. I believe Xango is better marketed with a great product and I chose to stay with Xango as a business because I felt it had the most to offer. You can have a look at my site and the sites it links to.
